- LE GESTE FORT DU BURUNDI (DONT LE PARLEMENT ET LE SENAT VIENNENTDE VOTER LE DEPART DE LA CPI) A AMORCE LE DEPART DES AFRICAINS !Luc MICHEL pour PANAFRICOM/2016 10 12/Après un exposé de la ministre de la Justice suivi d’un débat, l’Assemblée nationaleburundaise a adopté mercredi la loi sanctionnant le retrait du Burundi de la Cour pénaleinternationale (CPI).Comme le président Pierre Nkurunziza l’avait souhaité, l’Assemblée nationale burundaise aadopté, ce mercredi 12 octobre, le projet de loi relatif au retrait de la CPI. « Le Burundi aadhéré volontairement à la CPI. Le retrait est aussi volontaire », a commenté LaurentineKanyana, ministre burundaise de la Justice, peu avant le débat au sein de l’hémicycle,assurant que toutes les dispositions du statut de Rome ont été versées dans la législationpénale du pays.Le texte a en effet été approuvé à 94 voix contre 2. Soit par plus des 2/3 des 104 députésprésents à l’Assemblée nationale. Quatorze d’entre eux se sont abstenus.PANIQUE A LA CPI ET A L’ONU. La chambre haute du parlement burundais, est largement dominée par le CNDD-FDD, le parti au pouvoir.C’est la panique à la CPI et à l’ONU.
